If this happened first of all lookup phpinfo by phpinfo();. If you not find soap in php info you have to enable soap. To enable soap follow bellow steps -
Step 1: Locate php.ini in your apache bin folder, I.e Apache/bin/php.ini for xampp xampp/php/php.ini
Step 2: Remove the ; from the beginning of extension=php_soap.dll/extension=soap
Step 3: Restart your Apache server
Step 4: Look up your phpinfo(); again and check if you see a similar picture to the one bellow.
Step 5: If you do, problem solved!
